Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of CarFly AI at carflyai.video. By creating an account, purchasing credits or generating a video, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

CarFly AI provides prepared photo-to-video templates. The available scenes may change over time. Roadster Ramp requires a car photo. Make My Car Fly and Boost Over Traffic require a person photo and a car photo. The selected scene determines the input slots shown in the generator.

The service is a creative tool. It does not provide documentary evidence, news reporting, vehicle certification or a statement from any vehicle manufacturer.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and accept responsibility for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or creates a security risk.

Your uploads

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You grant CarFly AI a limited licence to store, process and transmit those photos only as needed to provide the requested generation, operate the account and investigate abuse or failures.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload every photo and to use the resulting video. Do not upload a photo of another person if you do not have permission to use it in this service.

Prohibited content

You may not use CarFly AI to:

• violate another person’s privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights
• create content that harasses, threatens, defames or sexually exploits a person
• depict a minor in a sexual or exploitative context
• misrepresent a real person or event as documentary evidence
• impersonate a person, company or public authority in a misleading way
• upload malware, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the service
• evade credit charges, refunds, rate limits or safety controls
• violate applicable law or the rules of a platform where the content is published

We may remove content, block a task, suspend an account or report unlawful activity when necessary to protect users or the service.

Credits and payments

Credits are purchased or granted under the pricing shown at checkout. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable and may expire according to the pack or plan. The required credits and output resolution are shown before a paid task starts.

A failed task may return reserved credits automatically. A completed task is charged even if you later choose not to use the video. Payment processor terms, taxes and currency conversion may apply.

Generated videos

You may use a generated video for personal or commercial creative work, subject to these terms and any rights held by third parties. You are responsible for the captions, claims and disclosures you add. Do not present a generated clip as a real recording or as evidence of an actual event.

Tesla and Roadster are trademarks of their respective owners. CarFly AI is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Tesla, Inc.

Availability and changes

We may change templates, pricing, render limits or features. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages, network failures or abuse investigations may delay a task.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that a generated video will meet a platform’s monetization, advertising or copyright requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CarFly AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected credits in the 90 days before the claim, or the minimum required by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal requirements or risks to the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including payment, disclaimers and liability limits, will continue to apply.
