CarFly AI is a photo-to-video creative tool available at carflyai.video. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it and the choices available to you. By using the service, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account information

We collect your email address and authentication details when you create an account. If you sign in with Google, we receive the account information needed to identify and authenticate you. If you choose a display name or profile image, that information is stored with your account.

Photos and generated videos

We store the photos you upload long enough to process the requested task and provide the service. Uploaded generation inputs are removed from active storage after 30 days unless a shorter period applies. Generated videos remain available in your account so you can preview or download them again.

We do not use your photos or generated videos to train public AI models without your explicit consent.

Credits and payments

We record credit purchases, grants, reservations, refunds and consumption. Payment card details are handled by the selected payment provider. CarFly AI does not store full card numbers. Cryptocurrency payments may create public blockchain records that are outside our control.

Technical and usage data

We collect limited technical data such as browser type, device type, IP address, timestamps, page events and error logs. We use this information to operate the service, prevent abuse, diagnose failures and improve reliability.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage for authentication, preferences, security and basic product analytics. You can block cookies in your browser, but some account and generation features may stop working.

How we use information

We use information to:

• provide sign-in, credits, generation and download features
• process uploads and deliver the requested video
• detect abuse, prohibited content and security risks
• troubleshoot failed tasks and refund unused credits
• respond to support requests and legal obligations
• understand aggregate product usage and improve the interface

We do not sell personal information.

When information is shared

We share data only when needed to operate the service:

• with hosting, storage and database providers
• with payment and fraud-prevention providers
• with service providers that process uploaded media for a requested generation

Service providers receive only the information needed for their function and are expected to protect it.

Retention

Account records are kept while your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, security and accounting purposes. Generation inputs expire after 30 days. Generated outputs may be deleted from your history at any time. Backup copies can persist for a limited period before scheduled deletion.

Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit, isolated storage and monitoring designed to protect account and generation data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Use a strong unique password and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of account information by contacting support. Some records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, payment reconciliation or legal compliance. You can delete generated videos from your activity page.

Children

CarFly AI is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact support so we can review and remove it.

Changes

We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The updated date appears at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in the product.
